Products were securely packaged, quickly shipped, and very competitively priced. Will continue purchasing from Bimmers as long as they keep up their same service.

I ordered 6 ignition coils and they sent two "used" coils and one had a torn boot. The ONLY way to get a replacement was to spend MORE money and order another coil THEN send back the broken one for a refund. really? CLEARLY they shipped the bogus used parts instead of "New" and forced me to pay more money to cover THEIR faulty shipment! Total Bull!

Our apologies for the issue with this order.

Discovered during installation that the M3 suspension kit I purchased contained an incorrect part, contacted customer service and was told to order a replacement part from them, pay the expedited shipping costs, ship back the wrong part and wait 1-2 weeks to see if they would give refund - ordered the part from Amazon w/ free shipping, it arrived the next day and I was able to get my project completed - returned the incorrect part and waited more than a week to get a refund that was 15% less than what the part sells for on their website. This startup parts seller doesn't seem to have what it's going to take to satisfy BMW owners. Also, they seem to only answer emails once per day so any questions about an order go unanswered until the next morning.
