Didn't come with the o ring for metal flange, and nothing was said about it on website so I couldn't change the hose

I experienced 15 day delay in shipping for these items. Was never notified that the items were stuck at the warehouse until I called to ask why. Had to contact the company on two separate occasions before the item was as finally shipped. Poor communication.

WE are very sorry for the delay and communication issue. Glad to hear that you did receive the item.

Order a Z3 suspension kit and received it. However the both shocks are used and leaking oil!!! Why on earth you send me used and damage products?!?!?!? I contact customers service several times and they put me on hold and then to the VM. Left several VM with no response on RMA or at-least send me new replacements. STAY AWAY from this company, unless you think saving a few dollars is worth going through all these trouble...Never do business with any company if the don't have good reviews or are reputable with friends and family. I sure learn my lesson the hard way. Stick with reputable companies such as FCPeuro, RockAuto, Summit, etc.

The brake sensors I purchased recommended by Bimmers were cheap and no good. i am returning same. The pads were ok. If a part is no good or cheap then don't sell it on your site regardless of the cost. I assume you ty to save consumers money and I respect that. But if the product is no good then don't sell it.

not exact fit, part was for a different model than mine. I made it fit anyway. Old school BMW has 2 different cv axle size, part you sent was for the larger diameter cv axle. Which should have different factory part number
