It takes too long for the order to process and ship. Picture on website did not match what was shipped to me (the part did not fit). I initiated a return with sufficient information and was replied to with a request to submit info i already gave.

However, the product I received is not from the stated manufacturer and does not appear to meet the advertised specifications. This discrepancy raises serious concerns regarding misrepresentation and possible fraudulent practices. Representing a product as originating from a specific manufacturer while knowingly delivering a non-OEM or counterfeit item constitutes deceptive business practices and may also violate state and federal laws, including mail fraud statutes (18 U.S.C. § 1341). Resolution Requested To resolve this matter, I am requesting the following: Full Refund: issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

BMW Valve Cover Top : This part does not fit my car I really wasted my time paying to get my valve cover top installed for the part money and time gone down the drain Plus I took off from work lost a day pay come to find out that I have to use BMW OEM Parts only from the dealer. I have a BMW 325i 2005 Model website on line it has it to be a great fit. This is not good for as a customer. I'm very unhappy about the part and service. I lost a day pay $ 200.00 + $150.00 to get installed and $50.00 take it back off as of now I have over $400.00 invested in this part. This part deserve a 0 star

I did not receive my order. I contacted UPS to see what they are able to do but the only recourse they gave me was to contact the merchant company (which I did) and the representative I spoke to via email was not helpful or willing to do anything to help me track the package (Tim). Will never be ordering from the website again. Ridiculous. Save your money and look elsewhere!

I placed an online order and specifically stated "No Substitutions" in the notes section. They totally disregarded it and substituted the part anyway with a different brand. When I brought up the fact that they didn't read the notes and shipped the wrong part they refused to pay for return shipping. Terrible customer service; never again will I purchase from them.

We are very sorry that the listing on the product still showed FAG as the manufacturer when that brand has been purchased by Schaeffler, as many other brands have as well. The Schaeffler box should have an bearing inside that has the FAG stamp. Our site should clearly list the brand accurately and you should receive exactly what is ordered. We have sent a prepaid label to you and you are welcome to return the item for a full refund. Again our apologies for the issue with this order.
