This is my 2nd order from bimmers. ----- I got everything I ordered in 2 packages in my newest order, but wasn't sent the tracking # of one of them. It either wasn't submitted in their system or it was submitted, but there's a website issue going on. So I wasn't happy about that as I live in an apartment where packages get stolen. Thankfully I was home and USPS knocked. ----- They have a few issues with their search system where parts wont show up using the realoem #, but will pull up if you search the actual part name. Also there's an issue with part searches where the system limits you to certain key phrases that don't have any reference to what you're searching for. You also can't do broad searches because of this. If you type in "cowl" in the search form it won't let you search for all items referencing "cowl", instead you have to pick from the prepopulated key terms that pop up. The prepopulated terms are nice for users that need guidance, but suck for those that just want everything cowl related. ----- There's also an issue for "HELLA 2825" bulbs. If you search for "hella 2825" nothing appears, but if you just search "2825" only then will the bulb will appear as a result. I also had an issue with this bulb during checkout. For some reason it costs per bulb to ship. If you add only that bulb to cart and ship to 74105, it costs $14.96 just for 1 bulb. If you add 10 of those bulbs the shipping jumps to $149.95. This could be an issue for someone with a bunch of stuff in their cart and only a few of these bulbs. I just made an order for around 50 items and had 20 of this same bulb in my cart and shipping was over $300. I was taking items out of my cart that seemed like they would cost a lot to ship due to their size (some radiator hoses and gaskets) and kept coming up with over $300 in shipping. It took me over an hour to realize it was these god damn bulbs that have an extremely high shipping cost attached to each of them. ----- Either way I'm happy and will use bimmers again in the future. I mix and match between them and fcp, ecs, rockauto, and ebay.
