The guys from technical support were amazing. I had some issues installing my new upgrade but luckily someone from the chat support helped me throug it from A to Z. After a few months i encountered a problem as someone broke into my BMW and stole my software. I had to reinstall everything again. Kristina saved me with a great solution. One thing is certain they deserve a 5+ star review. Thanks guys.

I purchased the Bimmertech upgraded stereo amp coded and tuned for my BMW convertible as a Christmas gift to myself. I had already upgraded my factory speakers which was an improvement and some said that changing the factory amp wouldn't make much difference. It did! The clarity of the sound is greatly improved especially in the high and mid range. The imaging is noticeably better and now reminds me of my audiophile stereo at home. I'm hearing details in the music that weren't showing up before. The overall presence, depth and power of the sound is also improved without sounding boomy or overdriven which is important when the convertible top is down. Being busy with work I chose to have the amp installed at a Bimmertech independent BMW shop here in Denver and the installation went perfectly and easily. Cheers, Cary

I also got good instructions with the product so I could install them myself. Finally, when I had questions about the product after install, I got very timely responses that were very helpful. The additional functionality through MMI Prime is precisely what I was hoping for. It opens up access to the latest in my case Android solutions (Android Auto). It allows me to utilize the car screen even more meaningful by adding the additional MMI Prime functionality. I watched a MMI video for implementation in a M6. I highly recommend the video if you want to install it yourself. The installation itself is straight forward. I would like to point out that it is difficult once all the connections are made getting the head unit back into place simply because of the cramped space. That took most of my time. With a lot of patience it eventually worked. MMI Prime works flawlessly. When I start the car it connects automatically (wireless). For that to work I think you need to have at least Android Version 8 or higher, otherwise you have to connect via the MMI Prime usb connection.

The customer service and the product are great. Bought this for my son's M4. The USPS lost it in the mail and provided a ridiculous signature. It was a Christmas present and BimmerTech sent another unit, overnight delivery. Then when my son was installing it, he ran into some vehicle specific questions and we received very quick responses from technical service on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. I purchased Amplifier and speaker package for my X6 F16 BMW . installation was easy with plug and play wiring harnesses and detailed instructions plus video . During installation I wiped out the coding on the amp by accident . Contacted Bimmer Tech they were very helpful and sent me the coding. the system sounds great it is so clear.

I purchased Legal disclaimer deactivation and Video and services in motion. Both these products are great easy to install with USB and if you have any problems really great service from there technical support. They willing to help with any problems.
