Good Afternoon Bilt Hard Staff, Thank you so very much for the follow up regarding my purchase. I love my new generator! I got it all set up last Friday, connected it to my 32 foot 30A motorhome I was happy with it. Today I connected it once again and I ran the air conditioner off of it. I am running it on propane and so far so good. I am very happy with it. Total run time to date 1 and 1/2 hours.

Very quick and efficient service, price was fair and shipping was quick. Until I unpack and use the fans I cannot report in the quality yet. Thanks for prompt servvice.

Pump was delivered very quickly and it ran very well. This is a great pump for the money.

We expected the order in 2-3 days like advertised and its been over a week and we still haven't seen what we ordered. We would of just ordered somewhere else if we would of known it was going to take this long. Would of definitely received it sooner.

Sorry, there may be some weather problems in the logistics. Our delivery is usually completed within 24 hours, but on the weekend, we are off, so the orders placed over the weekend are usually processed and shipped on Monday. I'm terribly sorry.

Very well build, the price is great for a generator 5500. Easy to use super quiet.
