After receiving my exhaust and spending hours installing it I ran into an issue and thought I needed to file a claim with the manufacturer. Bill called after looking up the instructions and helped me figure out how to get it installed correctly. Once again the Service you get from this company is GREAT !!! Bill’s if I am correct is a smaller size company. Which is great. Means you are supporting a local hard working company. Feeding him and his community. Keeping your money in your neighborhood. That’s always a plus to do and know that. But your main objective is to get the item you want and need ASAP without feeling you have just been deep pocketed or robbed. You get what you want and need at a reasonable price. I am in Adelaide, South Australia. I ordered a Helibar riser for my Gen 3 Hayabusa. It was sent and delivered before I received other parts I had ordered(same time) from another state in Australia(bulk still in shipment)! This was the 2nd time I have ordered from Bill and service the 1st time made it an easy choice to order again. I sadly never reviewed 1st time. I should have as I was informed what was happening regularly as parts arrived from different locations in US before sent as 1 package.

Really happy and excited to install my new M4 slip on exhaust for my bike after a long wait but it’s worth it since I save 10 dollar from the actual price in the market. The owner (Mr. Bill) of this OnLine store was really responsive and were tracking of most of the orders.
