Ordered a M4 pipe from them seven weeks ago it takes six weeks for production at the M4 plant for them to tell me on the seventh week that they no longer work with M4 so they can’t do any M4 orders. Their website has not been updated. I ordered it and then they told me the last minute that they’re not working with them no more and they cancel my order and now I gotta wait another 10 days to get my money back. Do not order anything from them very poor communication they didn’t even try to see if I wanted to get something else.

Order an exhaust may 27... order canceled on July 23rd. All this after assuring me everything was in order. Sent 2 emails with conflicting info and told ME to call the manufacturer if I want my exhaust...really? Apparently my order was ready a month ago. BILLS SUCKS DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a set of headers off from Bill’s Exhausts when it was advertised 3-4 Weeks for delivery. I’m currently on week 6 and they just told me possibly another 2 weeks. If your going to order from them, do it on the offseason, because you won’t have it when your expecting to.

Don’t do it! I bought a full graves exhaust November 22 2025. Put it on in march of 2026. Sent a email complaining of a rattling noise. May 18th the spark arrestor fell out 7 hours from home. Literally melted my rear blinker off. I sent another email saying the spark arrestor fell out. They replied Contact Graves Exhaust. Bill exhaust sells the spark arrestor but tells me to contact graves directly. The exhaust only has 600 miles on it and I paid over $1000.00 how would you like it is you bought some tires for your car from the tire shop for $1000 them find out they are bad and the tell you that you will have to contact the maker of the tires. I feel like I got ripped off. I will be making a video and putting it on my YouTube channel and other social media platforms. Being ripped off make me highly motivated to cost them sales even if it is a few. I won’t quit either. I am not rich and $1000 for an exhaust is a lot of money. Bills Exhaust does not stand behind their products. Also anonymous reviews are Fake Reviews!

Would put negative stars if i could. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I ordered an exhaust with a stated 2-week lead time, only to be told after 2 weeks that it would actually take another 2 weeks due to increased orders. That was fine. Then after waiting a full month, I contacted them again and was told there had been a “system error” and my order was NEVER EVEN PROCESSED in the first place. Frustrated, I requested a refund, which I was told would take 7–10 business days. Once again, I received zero proactive communication and had to constantly chase them up myself for updates. Every response was just the same copy-paste “wait 7–10 days” with absolutely no proof or transparency provided. 10th business day rolled around and I reached out again. After urgently requesting proof of the refund, i get sent the confirmation email that my refund was processed. Seems to me like they never did it in the first place just like everything else. Had to reach out myself to get ANYTHING done. After requesting official confirmation that my refund had actually been processed, along with escalation to a supervisor because the customer service was beyond incompetent, both requests were completely ignored. When I attempted to call the business, the phone would ring out and hang up despite them answering my email seconds before, making it seem like they were actively avoiding my calls. I even reached out through Instagram out of desperation and was BLOCKED instead of helped. Not once was I aggressive or rude. Actually I was quite understanding throughout the process until it got too far. No accountability, no communication, no apology, and zero professionalism throughout this entire process. A company taking thousands from customers should not be operating like this. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Waste of my time and energy.

I would like to request the cancellation of order number 20909 and a refund of the payment made to this store. The reason for the cancellation is the delay in the delivery of the product. The store informed me that the product would arrive within a maximum of two weeks, and after this period the merchandise did not arrive. I have repeatedly asked the store to inform me if the product was arriving, and they simply replied that they did not know the whereabouts of the item. For this reason, I request a full refund of the amount paid to this store to the account used for the purchase.

The service is horrible. I’ve been waiting three months for an Austin Racing system, and every time I call, they give me the same excuse and fail to resolve the problem. The service is truly terrible; personally, I will never buy from that place again. The worst part of the whole situation is that I’ve already paid them, yet I’ve received nothing—they won't even provide a tracking number so I can check on the package, offering only the same old excuse that they can't get in touch with the manufacturer.
