Billo is definitely a one-of-a-kind platform that consistently pays you for your e-commerce videos for brands. I've always been paid on time and I've always been treated fairly even when the circumstances were less than fair at times with brands. There are of course improvements that could be made as with everything but I think one of the main things is communication of updates to the app, and being able to check in the package once it's received. There's been a lot of issues with receiving a product two months late and it's showing up as if it was late on my end instead of it being the brand who didn't send it on time. This can affect times that I upload and can affect how long I have to create and upload. I do like that they can take feedback about problems and take it seriously which I really appreciate. They have implemented a lot of the suggestions I've given and I think that this is a very honest, straightforward app and it does not feel like I'm just a pawn. It feels like I'm part of something and I'm being valued for my time. I've gotten a lot of big time collaborations and even ambassadorships from participating in some of the tasks that I've been given too.

I have no complains for this app so far. The team has been really helpful, they clarify every question I’ve had. I’m really happy that I know this App!!

Billo.app is a great way to get out of your comfort zone , team response to you quickly and is seriously so sweet!

Overall, I love using the Billo app. It’s a great way for content creators to find consistent work and to work with some really awesome brands. However, the app itself is sometimes buggy/loads slowly and the deadlines for tasks are very unrealistic. Hopefully, this will be adjusted in the future as it minimizes the amount of time, effort and work people have to do in order to create the videos for these brands.

I enjoy creating for the tasks that I have been blessed to receive so far. I do have some recommendations that would probably make it easier for everyone as I do more and more of these.
