Awesome! I've used it to get about 15 videos done so far and they're all great. Obviously, it depends on the talent you select on the platform, but anytime I've wanted edits, it has been no problem. Their new feature where they do the video editing/animation for you is really cool too, they do a great job!

Love the idea of the service but your platform is very outdated and a pain to use. First, there needs to be an app. Second, you need to offer the ability to communicate with the creator even if the message needs to be approved before being passed on. I needed to get my creators size because my item was clothing but there was no way for me to ask for those information. I had to contact customer service and wait a day and a half for someone to respond. This made my shipping later and I kept getting email after email reminding me of this but there was nothing I could do without knowing her size. I’m still waiting for my creator to create my video so I can’t really comment on the service but I will once I see the video.

Courtney, we are grateful for your feedback - it is very important to us! To understand our position in this case - we do have an app which is made for creators, yet we can only offer a web version of Billo now - it is a great suggestion for us to make an app for brands as well in the future, we will pass this idea to the Team.🙂 We do not offer chat for brands to connect with creators as we want to make the process easier for you - without thousands of messages explaining every detail. Our customer support median response time is an hour, yet to give you information about creators might take time as we are contacting them ourselves as soon as we get a message from you. We are deeply sorry you had to occur issues using the platform, but we will take every word of feedback into consideration and will improve our process! Thank you for your patience 💜
