This was truely a stress free experience. I saw the cue I wanted on line. I went one of the outlets to check it out in person. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. I got to put several cues together, hit balls with them to compare them. I reassured myself that my studying had paid off, and ordered my cue with extreme confidence. The cue arrived packed well, and is beautiful. It plays just like the one I tested. I am extremely happy. Never had a more helpful sales staff. Thanks Chris, and Jason .

I work in Portland and live two hours away from my home. by the time I get home ups wont deliver because I am not there for the package. the sender has it that I must sign for it. now it looks like it is going to get shipped back to the sender because ups wont leave it on my porch. real pain. the other products I have are good and like them a lot. but then billiards called me up and resolved my issues with ease and helped me deal with ups. it is great to know that there is some companies like this one that care more about their customers than their customers wallet. highly recommend.
