I beat the store price for my Griffin cue by $40, case included. Wish I could remember the salesman name (Jason?) but he was spot on and I could tell he respected my knowledge of the game and what makes a good cue. It ain't just how much, it's the quality and workmanship. My Griffin is the nicest cue I've owned since my Rambo back in the sixties. Use my kudos anytime. The Judge (San Francisco).

Just received several cues from Billiards.com. Everything arrived well packaged and without issue. I had questions prior to my purchase so I called and left message. My call was returned within the hour. Rep was very helpful and informative and when i mentitled sever brands I was considering, he provided sound gup dance and suggestions which i appreciated. I purchased four cues to give man cave guests varying choices on different manufacturer, quality and weight cues. I plan to (save up and) buy 4 more. A very good shopping experience.
