Amlesh Mandal (who is employed by Bikham Healthcare) has NOT been helpful assisting our office with getting in-network with Medicare. The steps needed in the credentialing process are tedious and are also quite confusing. Amlesh Mandal failed to tell us pertinent information about our application to Medicare MONTHS AGO! It turns out certain portions were grounds for complete denial based on the "DBA - Doing Business As" part of the application. As the office manager here, I am the one doing all the work with follow-up. We are very disappointed. I also did not like the idea that were were prompted to write THIS review in December 2024, when we had nothing to go on. (We are Oakwoods Center in Park Forest, IL.) I've come back here today, April 3 2025 to re-write the review.

Do not waste time with this organization. they knew that insurance panels closed for some providers—nothing they can do. for 9 months they did not do any contrasts. I had to look for other people.

I have been working with Rahul Debnath and Jelaina Hollingsworth at Bikham. My application has been in process since March 2024; it's now November 2024. Both Rahul and Jelaina have a habit of not responding to emails or voicemails; generally I have had to reach out to both of them several times whenever I want a response, and several of my emails to both of them have never been answered. Recently, on a zoom meeting, I asked Rahul to put in an email an indication of the current status of my application. He assured me that he would do this. Three weeks went by and I didn't hear from him; it took a voice mail and another call before I was able to speak to him. I am still waiting for my case to be resolved.

Their so-called customer service is outsourced to a call center in India where the staff have zero knowledge about credentials. They feed you false hope and fake updates. I’ve been contacted by several insurance companies who are just as frustrated as I am, saying they’ve been left high and dry with no follow-up. Expect one-star reviews everywhere, and don’t be fooled by their flashy ads. This company is a scam, and their reputation deserves to crumble.

This company is a scam. I paid $500 to become a Medicaid provider and $200 a piece to become a part of two network plans. From day one they haven't gotten anything right. My wife did all the leg work to get us approved with Medicaid and we still have to correct the mess that Bikham made. Kanti is no help at all and when you get on the phone with them all they do is apologize. It has been almost 4 months any we still haven't heard anything about those two network plans. These people don't know what they are doing. Go look at Yelp and BBB the rating her terrible. They don't respond to emails. You don take businesses hard working money and you don't know what you are doing. You are false advertising. I would gave them a 0. I will be placing a review on BBB. I want a refund of my money or I will seek legal counsel.

SCAM. Do not trust the these folks. Spent over $4k and have noting to show for it 90 days later. They do not answer their phones, action officer is not responding, cannot reach via Zoom. I have filed a complaint with BBB on 10/16/2024 and contacted my bank and reported this as FRAUD. Do not trust BIKHAM.

This has been a nightmare, and I wish I had read these reviews before paying. The person they assigned me to is Jeliana. She never returns calls, and when she does send emails, they're inaccurate. BUYER BEWARE
