I just started working with Bikham Healthcare to credential my mental health therapy private practice. So far, the process has been smooth! Dylan, my case provider relations specialist has been great to work with!

I am not completely through the credentialing process yet, but I'm very happy that two of my payors have approved me in just over two months from the start of working with Bikham. I am working with Jordan and Harini and they are very responsive to my needs and requests for information and do a great job of keeping me updated through the process, including any glitches as they come up. I look forward to being able to review my experience from beginning to end once all 7 of my payors come through. I trust this will happen and believe I am in capable hands with Jordan J. and his team. So far, so good! Thanks Bikham for your professionalism and hard work! It is a relief to know I will be able bill insurance for my existing clients as I start my new business without too much down time.

I have been working with Rajesh Kumar. He is very knowledgeable with all aspects of our needs. Rajesh is able to resolve and get things done very quickly and he follows up to be sure issues have been resolved. Rajesh is courteous and pleasant at all times. What a great experience! Let me start off by saying as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I had a goal to get credentialed on several insurance panels. I am sure every therapist would agree that this can truly be a daunting task that actually persuades many people away from getting credentialed. I was so fortunate to find Bikham Healthcare. They are a wonderful company with amazing people. I had the honor of recently being assisted by a gentleman named Rajat. It is apparent that this is not only a job for him, this is his passion.
