Engagement started March 2022. 2 Professional entities to be credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid and United Health care. All documentation provided, ensured weekly followup calls with rep but no response from cms coming. Still don't know why after 6 months credentialing was not completed. Very frustrating as claims are being held. Impact on office revenue causing financial burden. there is no way any payer takes 6 months to credential , not even cms. I have expressed my disatisfaction to Sales Rep at which time a new rep was assigned. I am hopeful after my interactions with Jordan that the end is near. VCare Primary Care
