If I could get this company as zero I would. I started with this company.I believe february of 2024. I paid for several insurance companies so far. I have only gotten three approved, and the company didn't even know that one of them had been approved. I keep getting letters from medicaid, saying that the application wasn't submitted appropriately. It does take a long time to credential, but i'm looking at a year ago and i'm still not accredited with medicare or medicaid. Give them your money if you are into throwing it away. I am now personally getting my friend to work on my credential to pick up where this company left it. Waste of money and if I had more time I would sue for my money back.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Paid to be credentialed with five different payors. Got in with zero. During this time I got in with one payor myself, no thanks to them. They will not refund your money. It has been over a year since I paid them to credential us and they have gotten us in with NOBODY. The five star reviews you see are internal, paid for reviews. Pay attention to the one-stars, not the fives.

Complete disaster and waste of money in having them handle credentialing. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

This is the worst credentialing company I ever seen. Just run away from these people , they are scammers. I signed up with them for the past 6 months. They took 4 K from me and did not get me anywhere. Not only that they screwed up my applications. These people operate from overseas and they have a local address in US, but no one available to talk or respond. once in a blue moon they send you a email. that's all.

Guys don't give this company your hard earned money. They will lie to you . I've been working with them for about a year. Once they get your money, The agents will lead you to thank there working on your credentialing , when they are not. They ask you to write a good review before they start the process. They want return your calls. My advice, do it yourself. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. No refunds given. Thanks kanti and Rahul for doing absolutely nothing.

Please be aware of this company. They have yet to complete my credentialing, and I’ve had to do most of the legwork myself. Their communication is terrible, and once they credential you with one or two places, they become almost nonexistent. You are not included in the emails from the insurance companies, and the portal that they claim you can use to check on your status is an absolute joke. When I contacted the insurance companies, they told me that the information provided by the company was incorrect. I can't believe what I have had to endure during this credentialing process.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been working with Kanti Singh and it’s been a complete nightmare!!!! They get high ratings by asking customers to do a survey before the work is completed! They do not update anything on time! When you call and get an update on service nobody can give you an answer, they just say they will reach out! Highly disappointed and a waste of money!!! I would urge individuals to do the work yourself, you will get more accomplished in a faster amount of time!!! I am going to find a way to report this horrible company and I will be getting my money back!

This company is a scam! Don't use them. They will not refund us for not even completing our credentialing. They try to talk to you and promise these deliveries but they don't.
