Bikham HealthcareReviews of bikhamhealthcare.com

I regret using this company. I have a Homemaker and Companion company and these people charged me $1500+ and promised to get me enrolled with different insurance companies. They do not care to follow up nor do the job you paid them for. Save your money find a better company

One day after firing Bikham my receptionist got me in-network with Anthem!......I finally fired these scammers after 3 months of poor communication and little results. They messed up my Medicare application and failed to get me in network with even one insurance company. I had to prod them into action every week. I don't think they actually know how to do the job. The worst part is I paid up front, so I lit $1800 on fire.

I am again adding to this after reading other people who have one star. After receiving my refund I removed my complaint (per my agreement with x) and replaced it with an updated post. After seeing I still gave them one star I was offered $100 to give them more than one star. When I said I’ll add a star for $250 they declined which prompted this new update. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I am adding to this that after 1 year and two months of no progress getting me credentialed and very little communication let alone helpful communication, they finally reimbursed me. Honestly this felt more like a bribe to remove my post from here and the BBB which I ultimately did while reposting with an addendum. I will note looking at my Credily acct today both Medicare and Medicaid are asking them to resubmit application. I hired Bikham in December of 2023 to credential me with medicare and medicaid. It is now 3/4/2025, over one year later and i am still not credentialed. I have been given the run around. When I called medicaid/medicare to check status last year in May, i was told they were waiting for more info from the company and requested it 3 weeks prior. They are unwilling to give me a refund and upon being reported to The Better Business Bureau, they have not responded to the BBB in an effort to resolve the matter. DO NOT HIRE BIKHAM FOR CFREDENTIALING THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! I’m hiring a lawyer since nothing else has helped resolve this as they are unwilling to take accountability.

This is an awful company. Do not make business with them.after 5 months I am still waiting for a PTAN number for Medicare. This company is not located in USA.

The worst! Terrible communication. There’s no consistency, they constantly reassign your account to new “account managers” every 2 weeks. The new account managers don’t know anything about your account and ask for the same information again and again. It’s been two years since I hired them to credential my clinic and they still haven’t finalized a single contract. I dropped them and hired someone else who got it done in less than 4 months. WASTED TIME AND MONEY.

Usually I am not leaving reviews but I need to let others to know for this is a scam and don’t be fooled by paying to Bikhram Healthcare. Initially they were promised that will bring private insurance contracts so much sooner than competitors. I believe in them and I have paid them $2250 in 2023 and still in process. Since November 2024 I can’t even hold of them, no one replies back to my calls and emails. Shame on you Bikhram Healthcare

This company is a fraud. It is a scam. I paid $3000 a year ago and I have not been credentialed with one panel. Please avoid business with them.

They did a good sale pitch. However, did not deliver and avoiding my calls and text. Dont waste your money
