Kanti was very helpful. I find this a difficult area as the language etc is new to me. She was very patient and we accomplished a few things. I am waiting to hear back from my “team” re the status of my Medicare credentialing.

All staff have been helpful and courteous. The dashboard if very user friendly and easy to use and review. I appreciated the follow-up call from Rajat. My only complaint, which I did send an email and received a follow up response, was that Amerihealth was attempting to send the contract over to Bikham and did not received a response back after 3 attempts. They then notified me and emailed me directly.

Prior to selecting Bikham Healthcare, I did research and review several credentialing healthcare companies. I selected Bikham based on cost (being a new clinic) and response to questions. Bikham Healthcare team has been outstanding in credentialing our providers in a timely and accurate manner. The staff is very responsive and the company offers tools (to incl. weekly status reports and website) and account flexibility to enable office administrators to track progress and make necessary changes to stay relevant with medical insurance companies. I would highly recommend them to colleagues and use again in the future - 4.5 stars. I deducted 1/2 a star for the following and some is probably user expectation management - the user must remain engaged and ensure applications are filled out correctly, in reviewing some applications I noticed age groups, office hours, and other basic administrative data was not accurate. These simple errors could be avoided by better communication with applications (have users make a final review) or improved input quality control at Bikham.

Bikham Healthcare has been very helpful in adjusting my insurance demographics so I can start my own counseling practice! Jillian and her team are always responsive and prompt!

Update on previous review (10/14/2021) I am currently working with Sean who has been the complete opposite of what I had previously experienced at Bikham. He has called to make amends, refunded my investment and offering to assist in credentialing and enrollment for free . I really appreciate this and based on my most recent experience I give the company 4/5 stars. Looking forward to rating higher after everything is completed. 5/21/21 WORST COMPANY. I am not sure if they are an actual company either. I have been trying to contact them for over a year with several "no-answers" I paid them over $2000 to credential me with 12 insurances and only 1 was completed and after calling them, they said the application was never completed. FAKE COMPANY! Stay far away. I have asked for a refund and they have not yet answered my call. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. I am $2000 poorer because of their terrible incompetence and inability to respond.

We had a very good experience with whole team. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in their areas of expertise.
