Be aware of this company. They do not provide the services that they claim they specialize in. I signed an agreement with them 6/13/2025 for credentialing with 10 insurance companies. They state that this process only takes 120 days. It is now 1/26/2026 and I'm only credentialed with 5 insurance companies. My Medicare application is out there in la la land. My Medicare application was submitted 6 times because they failed to complete it correctly stating that they didn't know what forms were supposed to accommodate the application. I've had several credentialing specialists (so they claim to be) and they all are incompetent. Vikas, Amleesh, Mohommad, Mohit ETC all they do is lie in an attempt to buy themselves time to try to fix their mistakes. Lesson learned please check reviews before you put your trust in people because this company is not who they advertise to be. Stay so far away from this company. They are incompetent and they are thieves!!!!!!! STAY AWAY

They have been miserable to work with and asking for illegal information. Complaint number 1: They will withhold the fact that you are credentialed with a payer for some time before notifying you-like months. Stated they wouldn't inform the medical provider until they received the welcome letter and that the contract didn't count.... 2: Their every 15 day check on status is a joke. They would only check when I bugged them for updates on two of the insurances and I ended up doing them myself and finding out I was already credentialed. 3. Colorado Medicaid sent them 7 requests at different times for them to complete the same error on the application. When I filed a complaint with my "account manager and his manager" They said they had just received the notice and that it wasn't possible that they had received multiple requests as their system talks directly to Medicaid's system even after I sent them a screen shot of all of the requests that Medicaid had sent them. 4. I initially went with them because they stated that applying to the Medicaid RAEs in my state were part of the cost of the general Medicaid application and are now going back on that even after I included that question in several emails and asked repeatedly to the sales person. 5. They are asking for my username and password and backup codes to my Availaty account which is illegal per Availaty. Availity has now flagged them and will likely block all Availity access to them. I am attempting to get a refund but I am sure that won't happen. As an update as of 1/30/26: They have refunded me for the payors that they messed up on after trying to withhold the refund if I did not remove or edit this review... The higher management person that I spoke to around the refund was the one who was trying to withhold the refund if I didn't delete or revise my review. That management person eventually gave in after two meetings and me saying that I would write a follow up. I am sure that they have likely played this game with other negative reviews so I wouldn't trust the abundance of positive reviews. That manager stated that he would work with his team to inform them that asking for password and codes is not legal. However, it was what looked like a stock form that was requesting that information. He also said that he filed a performance review for the original account manager for not following up with Medicaid requests.

Bikham stated they could help me submit my applications and get credentialed with two insurance companies in about 45 days. From the beginning I have had to continuously email them to make sure they were following through with getting my applications submitted. They submitted a wrong NPI2 number and a wrong phone number on one of my applications. I had to make them aware of the mistake and fixed it myself. They did not notify me that my DMAS application had been returned and required additional information. Its been 60 days and I am still waiting to be credentialed. Bikham has not responded to any of my emails following up or checking the status of my applications in over two weeks. Do NOT use them as credentialing specialists if you actually want to get credentialed.

The company operates under the facade of client advocacy, presenting with the appearance of diligent service in the beginning, while in reality engaging in deliberate delays and obstructions. Their practice is designed not to advocate for the client's interest but to stall the process until reimbursement becomes unattainable. Services are never rendered, although it will appear that effort is being made. Reimbursement offers are made but not followed through. Written communication is circular and meant to keep the customer in perpetual motion without ever advancing towards the actual product. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I have paid this company 1000.00 to get me approved to become a provider and they messed up on the paperwork so it got denied and they don't answer calls I am working with a company now that knows what they are doing. I got my money back from my bank look I Would advise not to hire these people look into other companies trust me don't hire these guys UPDATE 9/1/25 THEY TRIED REPORTING THIS HAS DEFAMATORY CONTENT WHICH TRUST PILOT SAID ITS NOT AND ITS GOING BACK LIVE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH FOR ANYONE NEEDING CREDENTIALING TO FLEE AND RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! In 11 months we have only been credentialed by 1 insurance carrier out of 10 that we paid for. We have also been assigned no less than 5 account reps and the communication is the absolute worst that you could imagine. Not only is communication nonexistent but you can not understand a word they say. A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!! I could have done all this on my own had I known this nightmare was coming! PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

horrible, they not only didn't do anything for me, i paid them a large amount of money for credentialling and i applied to 16 insurances. I have been rejected by all of them and they refuse to refund the money back to me. please do not waste your time
