If I can give ZERO stars I would. An absolute mess of a company. Been waiting since March for Medicare enrollment to be done correctly and no one is competent enough to rectify the mistakes they made. Would have been better off filling out my own applications. 100% filing a complaint to the federal business bureau and will sue for the damages that happened to my business for all the time I spent waiting on a bunch of absolute morons.

So I started my credentialing journey in May 2022. I was told it was a 60-90 day process, I was also promised a weekly update. It’s now November, 6 months later and I’m still waiting for the process to be complete. I’m unable to get in touch with Jillian, the person who initially stated the process for me and switched me over to Jorden, whom I was to get weekly updates from. I haven’t received a weekly update in over a month and when I do call, the only I’m told is everything is still in process.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs. I wondered why this company has such good reviews and I realize why now - they come from the company asking you to write a review of them before they have done any work - that's why you keep seeing the same names like Poonam and Dave etc. These are not the people that do your actual credentialing, they just do your initial paperwork. So initially they are very charming, have a great sales team so you think you are getting a good deal and they know what they are talking about. However, as you finally get assigned a team to work with, you quickly learn that it's the bad reviews that you should have believed. You learn that they have terrible communication skills, do not address your concerns, ignore your emails, and even when they do a bad job and violate their own contract, they will not refund you. They are extremely proud of their terrible work. Many of us here are physicians/providers trying to start our own practice and looking for a good reliable company to trust. Unfortunately this was not it and has turned out to be hopefully one of the few biggest financial mistakes I ever make. I will learn from this and hope to share my experience with anyone who reads this. I promise your money will be spent better elsewhere. My experience with this company was unfortunately not good at all. I had to chase them to get updates on the credentialing. There were too many employees involved with each telling me something different. There was little to no education up front on their processes for on boarding. They not only did not communicate with me, but also not with each other. The right hand did not know what the left was doing. They would ask for information from me that had been sent, sometimes multiple times. I think the amount of time it was taking me to get credentialed could have been shortened significantly if the company had more efficient operations. I got so frustrated that I asked for a refund, lost a significant amount of money and gave up my dream. I did, however, get my money back after strongly advocating.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND GOOD LUCK FINDING THEM AND GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR WORK DONE WITHVTHEM
