Almost a year after I contracted them I have credentialing applications not completed or even submitted. Working with them is harder than doing it on my own. If I had waited for them, my business would have failed. They have not been responsive to complaints either.

AVOID BIKHAM HEALTHCARE AT ALL COSTS
Do yourself a favor and AVOID BIKHAM HEALTHCARE AT ALL COSTS!!! This “company” is an absolute scam. Please save yourself the wasted time, money and frustration. You are better off doing the work yourself because you end up doing so anyways!!!
PLEASE BE CAREFUL with the clumps of BOGUS POSITIVE REVIEWS on websites, they are not written by actual clients!
We signed with Bikham on 11/02/2022 with promises of quick credentialing and professionalism. It is the end of March now (2023) and we are only ‘in network’ with one of the 12 companies we applied for. We are still waiting for welcome letters from 3 others they say we have been accepted into, however we have yet to see any of that. They also charged us separately for two companies that had merged into one and they didn’t even mention it!!! As for the other companies, despite our daily calls to Bikham for updates, we are in the dark with status. THEY DO NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT HELPING YOUR COMPANY GET INTO NETWORKS!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS/SALES SCUMBAGS. They also give you access to a website now called Credily that is supposed to give you up to date notes about progress….it is also part of the scam. They only update it after you tell them they forgot to call someone on a scheduled date. They have an absolute jumbled mess of crap on it.
The sales person did a great job selling us their services, however the people managing our account never return calls, emails, and when they promise status updates, they never actually send them. This has been a nightmare!!! Our company has lost so much money with this scam not to mention time and sanity. We have been passed from one person to the next. They are always full of excuses about computer problems and new programs and IT issues and apologies for previous people, but it's the scam every time. Sweet talkers with nothing to back it up. They all work from home, there is no physical office so the ‘meetings’ they are in when the receptionist makes that excuse are bs.
We have lost clients who were unable to pay out of pocket and were hoping to use insurance. We hired Bikham in hopes that they would help our practice be able to service more people and in the process, it has hurt us immeasurably.
We contacted the company (again) yesterday asking for a refund and they promised us an email within one hour with detailed instructions about the refund and status updates about where we stand with each company…..it is 24 hours later and that email still has not arrived.
***UPDATE , even after being transferred to the person who fixes things... weekly zoom meetings are being blown off by them! Two of the insurance companies magically never got our applications 6 months ago and were allegedly refiled last week.... its 18 min from a scheduled call with them currently and we don't even have a zoom link!
This company is not a company, this is a scam worth jail time. Save yourselves anf run as fast as you can from them,
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE BIKHAM!!!!

DO NOT use this company!
DO NOT use this company for any of your credentialing needs. Bikham Healthcare is very responsive during the initial phase of communication until you signed a contract. Once you signed emails go unanswered scheduled teleconference calls are cancelled. Response is horrible. Good luck getting a hold of someone. What a waste of money!!!
DO NOT HIRE!!
I bet that those 5 star reviews are fake. There is no way a company like this provides efficient credentialling much less customer service.

Disgraceful service
Calm Care paid & $1320 on the 28th October for credentialing with 6 insurance companies. Being a fairly new agency, this is money I can barely afford, but it seemed like a good investment. To date I have been passed around 6 different people in this order, Poonam Rana, Jitendra Singh, Vivian Salters, Santosh Khat, David Laurence & Jordan Johnson. An email from CareCentrix sent to Santosh on the 21st feb 24 with a deadline for me to complete by the 6th March did not get to me till the 23rd March when I demanded for an update. Needless to say the deadline was missed. I have received 5 status reports in response to my demands for an update, these updates are a repeat of the same thing, application in progress. I have demanded a full refund after 5 months. Stay away from this company. Happy to share ALL the details. Calm Care would love to take legal action for loss of earnings or a class action if there are enough of us being duped by Bikham.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES
Can you say DISASTER and CON ARTISTS? Because that’s what Bikham Healthcare is. If I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. The people at Bikham Healthcare are scammers. They take your money upfront and then they do not do the work. Never pay upfront. I am a startup medical practice in Southern California and sought help with credentialing with payers. I contacted several companies but decided on Bikham because they had “good reviews”. I now believe many of those reviews are fake. Consumers need to believe the providers who provide details about their nightmarish experience with Bikham Healthcare. I had more details in my original review, but Bikham Healthcare asked Trustpilot to have me remove the involved corrupt employees names so that these scoundrels would remain free to continue to deceive and defraud. Bikham Healthcare, the CORRUPT company, is responsible for stealing money from me. Bikham Healthcare recommended 17 payors to me. On December 6, 2022, the day I contacted them, Bikham charged me $250 per application. $250 per application for me and $250 per application for my facility. That’s 34 applications for $250 each. They didn’t start submitting any applications until I reached out THREE times asking for an update. Had I not done that no application would be submitted to this day. I had come across reviews that Bikham did not submit providers applications for months costing tons of money in lost revenue. That information concerned me. They did not start submitting applications until January 27, 2023, 7 weeks after I paid them. They only started then because I expressed my concerns about reviews I saw and told them I wouldn’t tolerate that happening to me. I later found out that some of payors Bikham recommended didn’t even offer contracts to OB/GYNs. You’d think they’d know that. They didn’t know about preliminary documents and permits needed to credential with Medi-Cal. Bikham Healthcare even told me some payer panels were closed. When I reached out to those payers whose panels I was told were closed, they stated that they never received an application or letter of interest from Bikham Healthcare. 4 months into paying them upfront, I was only credentialed with THREE payers. I was resigned to doing the work myself before I end up like some of the other unfortunate physicians who were duped by Bikham Healthcare. I have asked for my money back several times, but they refused. Now they do not even respond to my emails. I requested the name of their legal counsel because a lawsuit might be in their future. No response to that either. I agree with other victims that Bikham outsources overseas. I know for a fact that they outsource to a country in SOUTH ASIA. Bikham asked Trustpilot to have me remove the actual country. Will they ask that I remove the continent too? We shall see. After Bikham Healthcare STOLE my money, the only people I heard from where Bikham employees located in SOUTH ASIA. These were the men who “handled” my applications. They barely spoke any English. These men were misogynistic and disrespectful to women. These offshore employees often copied other employees with American names who I do not believe were American (Bikham asked Trustpilot to have me remove the names of the people responsible for ripping me off and screwing up my credentialing). A WARNING to all healthcare professionals: DO NOT USE BIKHAM HEALTHCARE. If you do, you will regret it. You are better off joining an IPA or completing the applications yourself, saving time, money, and unnecessary headache. To those who were harmed as I was, contact an attorney and sue them. A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT may be in order too.
BUYER BEWARE!!!
UPDATE:
Bikham Healthcare asked Trustpilot to have me remove the names of Bikham Healthcare executives and their executive positions. Bikham Healthcare still has not refunded my $6,630. I have requested the name of their attorney again. No response to that either. I complained to the Better Business Bureau but Bikham refused to respond to them as well. I decided to find out who the founder of Bikham Healthcare is. I found him on LinkedIn. He is from SOUTH ASIA and allegedly went to college in Australia. No surprise that this is an international enterprise. I suspect most of the employees were in SOUTH ASIA, only a few here. I sent the founder of the company a message that they need to refund me my money. He did not respond. They have an address on Wall Street in New York that is probably is fake too, just like all those “positive” reviews. False and deceptive advertising is a crime. It is a shame that the U.S. allows people from overseas to come here and set up virtual businesses to scam us. This company needs to be shut down and all of their victims should file a class action lawsuit to hold them accountable.

If it was possible I would have given 0…
If it was possible I would have given 0 stars!!!!! I am not one for writing reviews typically, but this company is useless! I setup two Therapists to be credentialed with them, and they were all about getting my money as quick as possible but that is where their eagerness stops. I have spent 7 months in this process with nothing to show for it except being more confused than when we started. They dont seem to know what they are doing and anytime there is a problem you get passed to another agent that insist the last person did not know what they were doing and that they would take care of things for you. I have now spoken to 6 different people and when they stop communicating with you and you have to call the company again they just say they will send a message to someone and typically nobody calls you back. The last time they told me that, I let him know that I have already been through this and he just hung up on me!!!! I would find another company!!!!1

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have zero knowledge of the credentialing space. They pushed me to enroll in plans that are not even in New York. They are hard to get a hold of. There is no transparency to the process. They take weeks to submit your applications even after you pay them a lot of money. I would have been better off just doing the applications myself. They offered to add on several plans after I called them out on enrolling me in plans that I couldn't even participate in... they obliged and then I repeatedly asked them if those applications were submitted and it took them 3 weeks to submit a simple 3 page application. They have caused me so much stress it has actually been the most stressful part of launching my practice.
