love this tool - it has been somewhat of a park replacement for my energetic border collie mix!

Bike tow leash very difficult to install at home. I couldn't adjust it myself but a local bike shop did using special tools. The rubber piece that looks to be adjustable in the installation video is not-mine was glued in place. It's still not the right height for my dog which makes the tow leash uncomfortable for him.

Hi Sara, Sorry you are having difficulty with adjustment. It sounds like you are attempting to twist the mast end of the black coupling. It is the clamp that rotates to adjust the height. So add the alcohol or heat for 7 minutes then rotate the clamp. Please feel free to give us a call any additional help. We can do FaceTime or Zoom if necessary.

Hi, the leash works excellent. I have no problem to join up on the bike. Soon I'll post some pictures of "Max" and his New device.

The Bike Tow Leash has been quite a topic of conversation when I am out with Max, our Australian Shepherd. It has worked quite well, and was not difficult to train Max with the BTL. I had to adjust the angle, which was easier than I expected with the hair dryer heat method. Is very secure given the force point on the back wheel. He is about 50 pounds and has only tried once to pull hard away from the bike, was quickly corrected, and I did not feel any risk of tipping or being pulled off track.
