The Bike Tow Leash is amazing. Our dalmatian is very strong and energetic and this is the perfect product to take him for bike rides safely. Whenever we take our dog for a ride with the bike tow leash we always have people stop and tell us what a clever idea. Thank you for creating such an amazing product!

OMG!!! I have 2 bike tow leashes and only 1 dog. I bought 2 because I LOVE this product. And, that way if my friends who have dogs want to ride with their dogs I have an extra. This thing is amazing. If my dog stops - bike tow leash stops the bike. I fear no squirrels!!! The bike tow leash keeps my dog right by my side, and I don't have to worry about being pulled off center. I paired the bike tow leash with a doggy ride so my dog who is now 13 years old can run at his pace when I want to go for a ride. And, when he is tired he can get in his buggy and take a break.... and when he is ready he can run some more. I recommend the bike tow leash to EVERYONE that has a new dog, old dog...any dog. This thing is great. I am soooo grateful because I tried EVERY other product on the market, and almost did not buy this one because I was constantly disappointed and wasting my money. But the Bike Tow Leash delivered!!! I am so glad I bought it because I would have missed out had I not gotten it. Buy this product!!! It is SOOOOO worth the investment.

Both my dog and I absolutely love the Bike Tow Leash. Really, really, really works well for us both. It does not make the bike tippy or difficult to ride at all.

I wasn’t sure how my dog with do with this as he pulls on leash but this product is amazing. It keeps him safe from the wheels and he really loves our bike rides.

I have been using a bike tow leash for over 10 years. This is the only device that have ever found that makes me feel save when biking with my dog. I have used it with two German Shorthaired Pointers that both weighed over 50 lbs and have always felt perfectly save riding with either of them.

She just doesn’t like being beside the bike. Having trouble getting her to enjoy it. Almost wonder if she wouldn’t prefer the front tire

Hi Jessica, Attaching at the front would be very dangerous. Sometimes the leash mast in their peripheral view makes them nervous at first especially if connected with a harness high on her back. A couple things to try are; Attach lower and forward on the harness or with a martingale style collar like in accessories on our website. If that doesn't work adding a couple inches to the cord may help. The length can be adjusted 2 inches longer or shorter using installation step #3 in the instructions available on www.BikeTowLeash.com. There are techniques for getting your dog into biking in the CBS Lucky Dog video on our website. Hope this helps.

I love the bike tow leash and it certainly is better and safer than me carrying the leash while riding the tricycle. I have a recumbent trike and the u-bolt has to fit over the trike bar and then attach two nuts. The only problem was that the u-bolt should have been at least one inch or more longer. It was such a tight fit that I had to wait to get someone else to help with the assembly. Otherwise, I would rate this device as five star excellent. It is great to be able to bike and have my dog freely and closely attached.

Glad you enjoy safe trike rides. I remember you have a USX 3HD Sun recumbent Trike with an extra large axle. Most adult and recumbent trikes with two rear wheels use our standard Adult Trike Adapter clamp size. I've updated our website fit chart for your trike to use a 2 inch clamp instead of 1 3/4 inch that will give others more bolt length to work with.

We were disappointed with bike tow leash. Our dog was scared by it so in the end we gave it away. Amber isn’t scared of bikes it was the feeling of being attached by the bar that she didn’t like. Thought was going to be great! I think it depends on the dog so may work for some

I am sorry your dog was scared. A dog may have an aversion to bikes if not introduced to them properly or had one fall on them etc. There are several biking introduction techniques shown in the CBS TV show Lucky Dog by Brandon McMillan. The video is in our website video collection.
