I got my bike as a Christmas gift and just love it! It is very easy and comfortable to ride. Changing gears is very easy as well. I like the look of it and it came to me in the box in great condition. I would highly recommend this bike and this company for any of your biking needs! We ordered the 20 inch polygon premier bike for my sons 7th birthday after a failed bike purchase from another big box store failed miserably on his first ride out. Customer service: very empathetic and accommodating! Honored a sale price as I missed the deadline by a few seconds. Shipped very well, and so easy to assemble the remaining bits. Really high end components, and great fit and finish. I'm a Polygon/BikesOnline convert now.

Excellent experience. Bike arrived very quickly and had a nice tool set to get it assembled. assembly and safety check of all bolts, brakes, etc took maybe 20 minutes.
