Bikes OnlineReviews of bikesonline.com

Quick shipping and Great service

Site is set up well, and easy to navigate, even for my first buying experience. Transaction was simple and easy. Shipping was fast. Great experience. I will most certainly make purchases in the future for my biking needs.

The bike was shipped two weeks earlier than expected from pre-order and you cannot beat the price.

Bikes online made my shopping experience as smooth as possible by giving me excellent customer service, having all the information necessary on their website to help me make a decision to purchase, and packaging my order safely so that the delivery drivers don’t destroy my bike. 10/10 experience and will buy another bike from them again!

BikesOnline has the best customer service and some of the best products for the best price. Will definitely do business with them again

Excellent bike and customer service! The charger didn’t work when we received the bike. We reached out to customer support and they took care of it. Received a new charger within a few days and it worked perfectly!

The Polygon Tambora G4 has honestly been one of the best bike purchases I’ve made. It’s comfortable, fast, and super fun to ride on both pavement and gravel. The value for the money is amazing, and my experience with BikesOnline was smooth from start to finish. The bike arrived well packaged and was almost ready to ride right away

Competitively priced, quick shipment, and a seamless process. I will return for another purchase.
