Thank you for business and the feedback Tom. Certainly great suggestions but the Central Park Conservancy has strict guidelines as to what businesses can and cannot do in the park. We do offer a Central Park map to all riders and are available via phone for any questions.

Hello Paul, Thank you for your feedback. We generally rotate the bikes in our lineup every year to always have newer units available. While we do have bike mechanics in our stores to maintain our stock, we apologize if the bike you received was not up to our normal high-standard. We will certainly address this internally in our efforts to be a better company. We hope to see you again and earn the chance for a 5-star review!
