Hello Jay, We appreciate your feedback here as it helps us to discover areas which we need to improve upon. I am truly not sure why you were told this - we could have put you on the next tour. Would you mind sending us an email with further details of this experience? [email protected] We work hard to train our staff on how to provide great customer service. Clearly, this was not what you experienced in our store and we do apologize for that as it is not who we are as a company. We hope to see you again to show you the high level of service that we are capable of offering. Kind regards, Bike Rent NYC

Hello Gerda, I am sorry to hear this but tank you for your feedback. We generally rotate the bikes in our lineup every year to always have newer units available. While we do have bike mechanics in our stores to maintain our stock, we apologize if the bike you received was not up to our normal high-standard. We will certainly address this internally in our efforts to be a better company.

Hello Monique, Thank you for your business and your valuable feedback. We have bike mechanics in our stores to maintain our stock, so this should not have happened; the bike should have went to our shop for service. We apologize that the bike you received was not up to our normal high-standard. This will certainly be addressed internally in our efforts to be a better company.
