Fran
I really enjoyed this, it was a brilliant day and a great way to see central park. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is just because there wasn't an option for wearing a helmet as adults, which I would have liked. Overall though I would DEFINITELY recommend it and if I came back to NYC I'd do it again.

Thank you Fran for riding with us! Your feedback is invaluable to us to find areas that need improvement. In your case, while helmets for those 14 and up are optional, they area available to everyone at NO charge. I apologize if this was not clearly explained to you at the time. We hope to see you again soon to show you the improvement we made - and for a chance to win that 5-star review!

It wasnice, but I think to expensive for just one hour. You need more time to ride around the whole park

Hello Enrique, Thank you for riding with Bike Rent NYC! We appreciate your feedback here. We do agree that one hour is not enough time to see the whole of Central Park. 2-hours seems to be just right! The bikes are good and the service is polite and respectful except for the games that all the bike rental companies seem to play with pricing. They will advertise a price that seems really good, but when you try to get that price, they tell you that that price is only available at their other store on such and such street, and only with a previous reservation.

Shane
We had a good experience with our bikes rental service at this place. However, the bike seats were solid and uncomfortable for riding more than one hour in the Central Park.
Response from Bike Rent NYCMar 28, 2020
Hello Shane, Thank you for your business and your feedback here. I am sorry that you were uncomfortable during your ride, we have recently gotten a lot of new bikes and it could be that this particular seat was still a bit 'stiff'.
Annemarie
