Why are you bothering me for a review after 2 years.. But... I enjoyed the ride ;) Was one of the highlights of our NY trip..
Response from Bike Rent NYCMar 24, 2020
Hello JvH, We apologize for this, we recently started using Trustpilot and your email was in our database. Unbeknownst to us at the time, their system sends an email for a review and then another follow-up 5 days later. We have since updated this. We hope that aside from this, you enjoyed your ride with us!
Fara
