Why does the web site make you enter your credit card information and only then you discover the item is out of stock? Why isn't that either plastered across the item when you are shopping or simply do not show the item?

Sidi shoes arrived quickly and in good condition. Trying to return them due to fit with no response to their customer service text line or email in 3 weeks now to understand the return process.

I recently purchased a pair of sidi shoes and paid immediately then I received a text saying they had a “mix up” and pictures show were not the correct ones and they asked if I wanted different pair of shoes that did not look anything like the ones I ordered. I demanded an immediate refund and it looks like I may get that . But overall not a satisfying experience. They need to get their S—- together
