Fast response to Text Inquiry. Fast shipping. Ordered a Garmin 530. It was packaged perfectly and just what I wanted. Great competitive price. Will order from them again.

Rapid response to Text Inquiry. Fast shipping. Perfectly packaged. Product was just what I wanted - Brand New. Cool. 1 for 1 - Bike Closet batting a 1.000. Looking forward to reopening of showroom in order to try and buy more.

I recenly ordered two bike jerseys from Bike Closet and unfortunately, they did not fit. I requested return labels for both and they responded within a reasonable period of time. I was credited for both jerseys and sent them back as requested. Please note, I was credited the full price for jerseys, however; the return shipping lablels covered the cost of the returns. This company is very LEGIT. I will be ordering merch from them in the future. KL, Brooklyn New York

Price Match and Shipment Bike Closet. Had an excellent experience. I ordered 2 Conti tires and with prompt support from customer service, received an almost immediate refund for the difference ($25/tire) in cost from another bike sales (Performance) website. While that was expected, my shipment was also expedited (at my request) and the tires shipped the same. That was unexpected. All of this was handled by text through their contact number and, when I texted my thanks and appreciation, they responded with "we always try to work as a team". No disagreement here. It was really appreciated. As an aside, I see that 1) many of these negative reviews are a year or more older and 2) when good things happen, few people take the time to write it down and say thanks. Put another way, many use the "review" as an opportunity to b****. So, I thought I'd take a minute to be kind.

Everything I ordered, came quickly, as described, and we’ll packaged. They offer first quality products at unbelievable prices.

I'm impressed, the item was shipped within 2 hours of the order being placed. When I got it, yah, it seemed like someone had opened it before, but the item itself was in perfect condition and half the price it would have been on amazon. Very happy with my purchase

Bike Closet's discounted, final sale price on a Suomy Vision helmet was the best price of any online. Their delivery was prompt, and service was professional. I plan to check their inventory first, for any future cycling-related purchases.

Hi, This is my first time with Bike Closet, they have a great selection, great quality, they are very honest, fast deliveries, they really take care of you. Cheers from NYC
