the massage therapist was horrible. pretty sure he does not know how to do a message. I stopped it within minutes. did not bring a table, was charged for CBD he did not have. I have back fractures and I cannot lie and be pushed on the bed. he did not know how to do lymphatic massage (that is a very skilled massage). this is a total scam. I am not sure this is more than an app. I could not get the guy to leave, he refused. I almost called the cops.

Big Toe Yoga is a scam. DO NOT USE.. They don't provide customer service, they don't provide phone access to discuss issues. They a a money hungry company that desperately needs your $99. Plus they fraudulently take a tip as well, on an appointment that they canceled. Money hungry scammers.

This is a scam! Do not use. They charge and do not show. No way to contact anyone.

Do not use this company. Gave them the address in their app and they couldn’t find it. Therapist asked me for directions. I’m from out of town, all I had was the address. When she was 15 minutes late, I told her it was too late and to cancel. They refused to issue a refund.

Do not trust this service. You can't even confirm an appointment before they charge you. It's all a scam. The booking page says, "You will not be charged yet" - You enter your card information and then it charges you.. Like what kind of business is this place running. Even then, you are automatically set up with a person without having the opportunity to choose, read reviews of the person, read a bio of the person? Whoever created this app, has poor business mindset. Poor service, do not trust.

Terrible customer service. I moved a massage that I scheduled post op, but I was having complications. Had to pay a fee for that. Then I tried to change my appointment several days out when I had more issues. The day of my massage, I ended up in the hospital for emergency surgery. I paid almost two hundred dollars for nothing. In addition, there’s no way to communicate with the therapist before the session to even prepare them for what they are walking into. The worst.

Totally disgusted by this company! I can't reach anyone in customer service it said it would take 15 minutes I've been waiting for 52 still no response! They gave me a price online of $330 but yet they charged my card $400 415 and I still haven't even got a massage booked! I've reached out to customer service no response I've tried to cancel there's no way to do it online there's no customer contact number there's no way to talk to a live person BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM When I try to file a complaint they ask for a booking number and I never received one!

I booked an appointment this morning for a at home massage they took my card information and told me that I had an appointment between 2:00 and 4:00 today and I asked them to tell the therapist to call me when they are on their way so around 2:00 after I've wasted my whole day waiting on them I get a text saying that Unfortunately they cannot find any therapist today would tomorrow be okay. Well I am in such pain with my hip I was ecstatic when I found found out I could get someone out to help relieve my pain today. What company would book you an appointment tell you a window of time and then not knowing if they had a therapist to fulfill that appointment. Horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service I would not recommend them. And I think you would be just as disappointed with them as I am and by the way I tried to post this on their Facebook page but they would not allow me to post it somehow they blocked me from it
