Therapist no called no showed. What a waste of my time.

Terrible therapist

These people are terrible. It's a complete scam! Do not use this app!

They are scamming people charging for sessions without ever providing the service. I have taken legal action against them through the police and my bank

Signed on as a provider and immediately asked for a breakdown of rates, their fees and my cut. There is no place on the app or in any documents that provides this and I had a feeling I was going to need something in writing. Turns out I was right. They changed the rate after I did the services and then lied about it. I spoke to customer service that promised a follow up and surprise, never received one. The client was charged $240 plus an automatic tip of $48. Customer service told me they take $34, or $68 for the 2 services I performed. They booked me for $175 and changed it to $155, which I have yet to receive. This means they took out double what the girl told me, $133. A HUNDRED AND 33???? Absolutely bananas. I am glad I only did that one session, I cannot stand when companies lie and steal and think they can get away with it. I am sure there is grounds for a class action suit against this company. Edit: this response is less than useless. You cannot 'strive' whilst ignoring your inbox and remaining unreachable. Every day that you refuse to get in contact is another day that you reinforce our experience and prove that your words to have no value at all. The choice is yours.

This company is a complete fraud. We canceled our plans in Vegas to relax and enjoy a massage, only to be met with endless excuses from the lady we booked with. She kept telling us that she “forgot her table,” that she was “just around the corner,” and “there’s too much traffic.” This went on for three long hours! We finally woke up to the fact that something was seriously wrong and decided to write this review and request a refund. Trust me, you will regret dealing with this company. We certainly do!

I said I was ok with male or female therapist and they sent a male. The massage was fine but when it was over he asked me if I wanted a "happy ending". I told him to get out of my house and complained to the company who could not have been less kind. They refused to compensate me in any way. I asked for a refund since my relaxation from the massage was gone after the proposition. They refused to refund my money or even discount the service. I have text messages to back up my story from both the therapist and the company. Now the therapist has both my home address and my phone number. Ladies beware!!!

I booked a massage for 430pm.. Bigtoe sends it out to all of the therapists in the area.. Katie G jumped on the booking. All was well until the time came.. no show.. then had to get with customer service who claims they refunded my money after trying to get a different therapist.. I won’t use their services again. Wasted an entire evening and they offered nothing to remedy the loss.
