Biggie yoga is a joke I scheduled an in home massage and when the woman showed up she was paranoid because my puppy and yes I mean puppy jumped up on her. I put her up and then she states that my house was dirty because I’m having some remodeling done!! There was some other things that was said but to say the least this company will not refund the money or have someone that’s not paranoid to come and do it!! This place is a joke!! Do not get a massage because if there’s one piece of lint they will leave!

Save your money. The worst massage ever. Just a hot mess.

I am compelled to share my recent experience with Bigtoe Yoga, which was unfortunately marked by a lack of professionalism and a failure to deliver the promised service. Despite having scheduled a session, I never received the service at all. At no point did the provider make any effort to contact me—via call, text, or otherwise—prior to the appointment to confirm arrival or clarify logistics. Nevertheless, Bigtoe Yoga later asserted that the service provider had shown up and that I was not present, a claim made without any substantiating evidence or meaningful communication. On that basis, I was charged for the full session. When I attempted to dispute the charge and seek a resolution, I was met with a dismissive response that amounted to little more than “too bad.” No refund, partial credit, or even a gesture of accountability was offered. In my view, this practice reflects a deeply flawed customer service model, one that places the burden entirely on the consumer without transparency or due diligence. Potential clients should be aware that, in my experience, Bigtoe Yoga did not uphold basic service standards, and their handling of disputes raises significant concerns about their business ethics. Consumer discretion is strongly advised.

Don't want to mention the lady's name. This was the worse massage I ever felt. When massaging all the arm then the hand but, no no no not massage it thru the fingers and out. Not the foot and don't you dare touch my toes to bring massage all the way out to the extremities. Terrible, felt hated on. Quiet Erie feeling. Left bad xie in my body. This was the worse massage ever. How insulting!!!

I would give them a zero star. The masseuse canceled at the last minute. I asked for his name and licensing number. They refused to provide it .I question , if they actually hire licensed professionals. I am going to follow up with the Michigan licensing board .

I book with Bigtoe 3 times now . The 1st time great . @nd time they canceled at the last min. after trying to change my appointment several times , tghey said they cant fine a provider for that date & time . I tried them again this weekend for a couples massage , same crap tried to get me to move the date & time at the last min. When i told them i couldn't they sent me a text saying as per your request we refunded your money .Poor service i guess is their normal act .

I've been working with them a while jobs few and in between. Lowest paying of any similar company, but last appointment I'll do with them. They agreed to a specific price, the customer gave wrong address, so increased price, and they didn't pay me! They also changed the appointment time without telling me. So I end up at a hotel where I had to drop off my table and supplies at front door, park a mile away and go up to a room where nobody was! I agree to go to new location for pay increased and they didn't pay me. Iget there to 3 flights of stairs. She acknowledged the wrong address fee BEFORE the session. She said we could end early because the late start, DUE TO HER, the lady even tipped me! So since she and the company messed up, they decide not to pay me. SCAMMERS. Never again

This service has the absolute worst customer service. I booked a massage (appoitment was confirmed) and an hour before the session I logged into to confirm the therapists name and saw the session was changed to pending. No one from the company reached out to let me know so I conacted their customer service and was told the provider just canceled and they are looking for a new therapist and would let me know the status in the 30mins via text or email. Of course no one contacted me so I messaged again to be told they canceled my session. According to their rules (you a client cancels within 3 hours they keep the full amount of your booking) but they said that my time does not matter and they couldnt offer me anything. I asked for a call from the customer service and the agent was extemely rude and condescending and not helpful at all. Do not use this site
