Very good service
We bought a scratch and dent refrigerator. Sales person was very helpful and nice. Loading dock crew were as well.

Excellent Customer Service
Nice selection of furniture and appliances. Had a wonderful, patient sales lady who helped us with the purchasing process. Very happy with our new living room suite!!

Love it
I love my new sections and bedroom furniture the sectional was almost to big for my living room but we moved it around 3-4 times and finally found the perfect spot:)

The American Household Superstore
Big Sandy's stood by the price matching and then some. Their warranty program is as good if not better than any other. I have had the experience and issues with furniture and they, without question, repaired and one time replaced within the week of calling them. I love how they are able to maintain the warranty department within the company and not sub-contract. For 6 years now I have been a Big Sandy's customer and will continue to do so. Shop around and get prices. Take these prices to Big Sandy's and they will make your day. Great quality, Great prices for all levels of household incomes.

Great service!!!
My wife and I went to Big sandy to replace our whole living room furniture. We where there for a few hours as we milled over the options. The salesman where very nice and only checked on us for time to time. Not pushy at all, once we where ready to meet with one they did everything they could to answer our questions and put together a great living room setup. Delivery came as disscribed and they kept in touch with us doing the whole process.
