Good customer service
We love the furniture product that we purchased. However we had to send two of the items back twice as they had arrived with scratches and other damage. The customer service staff was quick in all cases to make the situation right without question; however, this should not occur to this frequency.

Thank you for your feedback Traci! Unfortunately there are times when shipments arrive from the manufacturer with damages and also there are times that damages may occur on our delivery trucks. Good people. Have dealt with them for years.
Good place to deal with. But as always be watchful on prices. They are usually competitive but do your homework. They are a bit slow to deliver appliances....That is the only real knock against them.

Horrible
Terrible bedroom suit they brought 6 out all together couldn't get it right and still haven't. would never do business here again.

Great friendly people
I purchased a new mattress. The ladies in that department were very friendly and helpful. Customer Service and the delivery men waere also very nice. . Thanks Big Sandy!
