I bought the appliances from Big Sandy Superstore and my range when out but under warranty and so I called them it took them 10days to come to my house to check the range and after they checked the range they told me that my range blew up and they said that they have to order new head and that will take 3 weeks to get it. My point is my appliances under warranty should being replaced. But they got me suffer for roughly a month and half instead replace my stove. Thx

I purchased a table and 6 chairs. When they delivered the table and chairs there was no hardware to put the legs on the table.

We purchased a $4000 living room suite and was told when it was delivered we was number 2 off the truck we was number 6 we was also told the people on the truck would haul our old couch away . NO that was also not true this was the Marion Ohio store . I NO they are new but maybe they should have a better training period. Very disappointed .

Let me start by saying we have been loyal Big Sandy customers , well at least for furniture. As far as furniture we have been satisfied ( aside from something being damaged upon delivery , how could you not be? I mean it’s NEW , right?) Appliances & customer service ? Not so much! We purchased all new kitchen appliances in a “package “ . This means refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher & stove, and spent a good deal of money in the process. All was good for about a year, then the refrigerator ( Frigidaire) began to have issues with the ice maker. Fortunately, we had added the extended warranty for just such an occurrence. Good thing. To keep the story relatively short, the ice maker was worked on 4 TIMES over the next couple months and then finally quit working altogether. Big Sandy finally quit “ putting a band aid over something that required surgery” and offered us a new refrigerator ( as long as it was something comparable to the one we had , and it had to something already in stock) Ok , so new refrigerator. Fast foreword to the this year. The microwave breaks down ( not sure what the expected life of a sparingly used appliance is , but i would think 2 years isn’t to much to ask from a microwave, yes? When we contacted Big Sandy & eventually spoke with a tech, his first question was “ did it trip a breaker in your fuse box?” ( of course this was a “ yes” ) He then went on to say this was a common occurrence. My thinking at that point in time was WHY sell something you KNOW is eventually going to give the consumer problems? Anyway, we were told a part had to be ordered. Ok , i’m thinking no sweat, in a relatively short time , the problem will be solved. WRONG. We were told after the part came in we would be contacted to set up an installation appointment. WRONG AGAIN. After a little over a week , with no word from Big Sandy, we contacted them. The part was in and “ they didn’t understand why we hadn’t been informed” , but we will send someone soon to repair/ install your microwave. After taking off from work just to be there for this and waiting half a day , this happened: Turns out the “new” ( i have doubts about it being new) part came without the proper fuse!! REALLY? How can a new part delivered be without the proper essentials to get it installed?!! The tech apologized & left. After contacting Big Sandy AGAIN to get this resolved ( and being on hold for 10 minutes) Were told ANOTHER part had to be ordered . This would take 3-5 business days , and we would be contacted, or should “ feel free” to contact them to see when/ if the next new part would be in . We waited 2 WEEKS , and no communication from Big Sandy. So.., we contact them and are told “ why yes that part is in “ and they would set up an appointment. After being on hold for 10 minutes, we were told it would be the end of the week !! My wife then explained that we had BEEN 6 WEEKS without a microwave and the end of the week was unsatisfactory. The tech is supposed to be here tomorrow. ( we will see) In summation: For sales they are good , pleasant and relatively fast . For service ? They are THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN THE INDUSTRY! We have decided to never purchase anything from Big Sandy again EVER. Be cautious about what you consider when / if you buy anything from them, and by ALL MEANS purchase the extended warranty on appliances, as you are rolling the dice as far as durability is considered. In my opinion no business should require you to call them to see if an ordered part has come in. If what you purchased has to be repaired/ serviced THEY SHOULD CONTACT YOU . I am also of the opinion Big Sandy reasoned at some point we would” just forget about it and move on.” Totally dissatisfied with Big Sandy and recommend consumers look elsewhere for the items they sell!

Let me start out by saying I bought a mattress online during covid when you couldn't shop in the stores. I took their test and bought the nicest mattress. Here is the issue... The mattress is too soft. It feels like you roll in the middle of it. I called to use the return policy but guess what I didn't buy the $149 mattress pad they sell and the warranty was voided. Did I mention I bought it online during covid and the website did not specifically say that when I bought the mattress!!! I called and they said they couldn't do anything about it. So I asked to speak to a manager and she said she would have him call me. No I did not get a call back!! So why do you have to buy their mattress pad? Did they resale the mattress you return.... Hmmm something to think about... I bought a $2400 king size mattress only no box springs. Do you think if I knew I had to buy the pad I wouldn't have spent another $150. Do you know even if you pay the white glove delivery you still have to pay another $21 to have the old mattress hauled away.. hmmm I think that should have been explained. But oh wait I ordered online.. delivery guys were excellant. Very respectful. That is the only reason they even get 1 star. I will never purchase another item from Big Sandy!!! Now I am stuck with a mattress for 10 years!!!

I did not want to give this place any star but had to put in one star to be able to give a review. Made a major purchase on May 8th 2020 was given a delivery date of June 29th 2020. June 29th cane and went, no delivery no merchandise and no follow up from big sandyd. So I wait until 7 3rd 2020 to call them and try to get some type of customer service. Only to be told they don't know when the manufacturer will deliver. So I ask why no phone call, no text message , or no email with something like an apology we could no deliver. Only to be told I don't know. I asked to speak to a manager to be d for 10 minutes to be fobbed off to a sales clerk. To be put on hold again for someone claiming to be the store manager who when i gave my phone number didn't even have a pen or pencil handy to write down my phone number so someone with some authority could call me back with an explanation. This So Called Store SUCKS BIG TIME. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT waste you time , money , or energy buying anything from them. They get your money and give you nothing.

The men who delivered my bedroom suit were great. They were very courteous. But when it came time to put the bed together they had no hardware to put the bed together. They said the bed had taken out if the boxes and they didn’t give them the hardware. I called the store and was told that nothing could be gone today. The man told me he would put in a “work order”. This is NOT acceptable. I ordered this weeks ago. Everything should have been sent to be able to finish the job. I will not be buying from this store again. Totally dissatisfied with the store. But again the delivery guys were great!!!! Linda ingham

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE!!! After spending almost $4,000 all in one purchase, at the Reynoldsburg, OH location, it has been nothing short of a freaking headache. 1. Was charged twice for a warranty, was told they would refund me. A couple weeks went by and I had to call them to get the refund. 2. Delivery driver came to install the entertainment center/fireplace, the guy says “is this straight?” as he was putting in the fireplace insert I responded “no”, he left it as is without explaining how to fix it. I didn’t notice he left it until about a day after installation. 3. They didn’t have the chest that came with a whole bedroom set, after a couple weeks went by I called, they tried charging $200 for a piece that was already paid for that came in the set! After breaking down the bill to the store manager, they said “let me talk to the sales employee and then agreed to send the piece. 4. Ordered end tables was told they I would be able to pick them up at another location middle of May. Middle of May came and I had to call, they then tell me they were getting delivered, but at the end of May. Get another call at the end of May saying they wouldn’t be in until June 6th, get another call around the new date stating they wouldn’t be in until June 16th!!! I asked for a refund, it has now been a week and a half or so and STILL NO REFUND! I just called and they said it looks like it’s been cancelled but not refunded and they just took care of it. WHAT A UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED COMPANY.
