90% pleased......10% unpleased do to the words being incorrect on the free ribbon. I reviewed my spelling & words before I finalized my purchase yet it came with miss spelled words. I think it would be good if u replaced the ribbon that I received with a new one with the correct words on it.

Got one for my baby on the way! I am very satisfied! I opted to have a ribbon with her name on it. My only suggestion is that the name was started so far down the ribbon it made it too long. Otherwise a 5 star review would be given. The quality is great and that's why i chose a stuffed animal from here! Best quality for my baby!

I bought a huge stuffed monkey for my niece for her first birthday and it arrived well before promised and was exactly like the photo or better and softer.

I purchased a large plush caterpillar. It had the option to customize a ribbon around the neck. I filled in the form with my name. I received the caterpillar, a great purchase, but they had misspelled my name on the ribbon. I went back and checked the shipping form and the purchase receipt in case it was I who had made the typo in the order. Nope, it was on the form as plain as day. My name displayed correctly, but the ribbon was wrong. I sent an email to BigPlush a couple of weeks ago asking for a replacement correct spelling ribbon. To date now answer! This animal was to go into my professional stage hypnosis act and of course my name needs to be spelled correctly. I belong to an international hypnotist group of about 50 performers who will be performing this same skit in their shows (but with different giant plush animals) and I was evaluating the quality and customer service of BigPlush. I'm sorry, but until I get some response from BigPlush I will not be recommending them as a source to these other performers. As for now, quality and customer service of this company is unacceptable. I will be glad to update this review when I hear from them with a resolution. July update. I got a reply from BigPlush. They were in a transitio from one location t another and received but lost my first email in the shuffle. Upon receiving my 2nd email, I got a quick response and promise to correct and send me a new ribbon. they even offered discounts or some choices for free from their catalog to make up for the inconvenience. I just said the corrected ribbon was fine. It showed up the following week in good time and perfect condition and spelling. I'll change my recommendation to good if you are considering this co.

I bought a large "pink" unicorn for my 3 year olds birthday and she loves it and the item is a great product. Only complaint is I paid for it to come in four days (which was a fairly large upcharge from standard shipping which was 5-8 days.) I ordered it late on a monday afternoon and it arrived at my house on Wednesday morning....just wish the shipping time frames were a little more accurate...I could have saved some money
