Placed order on Dec 12th 2014, got expected delivery date of 12/16. Since Dec 12th, no communication and no product and no Christmas. I have sent emails, left phone messages, nothing. Not sure if they are still in business other than to take your money. I’ll have to go to my credit card for my refund.

The only thing that my 4yr old granddaughter wants from Santa was a blue unicorn. It was ordered on 11\30 with extra shipping to make sure it was here on time..You guessed it no unicorn. They gave me excuses....ran out of fabric... mechanical difficulty's... Now today I received the wrong item. I called again...so sorry that happened... (me too)...they were to call me back in an hour to resolve the problem.... NO CALL....now no bule unicorn.....I have a tan one that I have no use for ....out $124....and a sad 4 yr old on Christmas day......Hope you have a Merry Christmas.......

I ordered 3 big stuffed animals including one for my daughter's birthday Dec 22. Order placed on since Dec 7th, shipped dec 10th, I was guaranteed delivery by Dec 21, but tracking # shows label made but not shipped when I checked with UPS. SERIOUSLY.... 2 unicorns for my 2 daughters for Xmas and the other for my other girl for her birthday. I had to tell her they wont be there tomorrow monday and she is crying her heart out. How can you do that, that is soooo wrong and unfair. Do you know what it's like to disappoint a child. This is unacceptable and I try to reach customer service but no one returned my call. I dont know what I'm gonna do now as Xmas and my little girl's birthday is ruined. Not cool, not cool at all... This is a scam, I can not fathom shipping label made dec 10 and never ship the product while you guarantee delivery by dec 21. Thanks a lot Bigplush, if I don't get these toys before Xmas I will post this on facebook... very bad very bad

I talked to mike which was better but still haven't heard anything on my bear would really like to know if it is gonna be here on time I texted and called mike today would like an honest answer on what is going on?

Do not spend your money with Big Plush. I placed an order December 9th with a guaranteed delivery of December 21st. It is now December 19th going on 20th and UPS does not have the package yet. I have called their customer service ( which is really a call routing service) 3 times in 3 days. The one time someone answered, they said they'd send the memo to the home office. I have even sent them an email through the contact us page of their website. No response. All i want to know is what happened to my package. I am now out $200 and have 5 days to find a replacement Christmas gift. Be warned. Do not give this place your money. It is a scam.

I tried to give zero stars but it would not allow me. I can't believe this. I placed my order on Dec 5th I received a tracking number that it was guranteed to be delivered today. I looked at my tracking number today once it didn't show and UPS says it hasn't left the store yet only label scanned. After I email and call 3 times I fianlly get someone from the call center on the phone. She was very nice and called someone in shipping and called me back to say they were out of white fabric and haven't even started making the bear. I have a choice either another color or it won't be here by Christmas. This would have been nice to know before the Friday before Christmas. So, I say if you want your bear on time check somewhere else. I can't give a review on the product because I still don't have it.They did not mind billing my credit card for the full amount as soon as the order was placed. Plus why when it is such a big issue doesn't someone from the company call me instead of the call center. The only thing this company has going for them is a nice call center!!! BEWARE....

I ordered a big puppy for my daughter on Dec 5th. I posted a review on the 19th indicating that it looked like the company would not send the item before Xmas. I did get a call from the company saying they were going to expedite the order and get it to me by Xmas. Since that time I have received nothing and have left several messages for the company with no response. Thankfully I found a replacement for my daughter but we still hoping to get this order by her birthday. Needless to say this company has failed in so many ways.

Placed order on over a month. Only received billing receipt. No shipping confirmation or notification of problem. Customer service had no knowledge of status every time contacted. So I left message for manager to call back. No response after 5 times . I had to contact Google to intervene. It is 6 days before Christmas, refund given and no Bear. Reason given that demand exceeded their expectations and changed message system. Very bad service.
