I ordered a 5 ft Bear from bigplush.com. It was shipped quickly and arrived within a few days. Unfortunately, this Christmas bear that was supposed to be 5 feet tall was not. Including the Xmas hat (if you held it by the tip of the hat and pulled up), the total height was only about 4 1/2 ft. Leaving the hat lay naturally, the bear was less than 4 ft tall. Let's just say it did not measure up to my expectations. But it was still a reasonable price for the size, and the quality is very good.

My daughter wanted a big stuffed bear for her 7th birthday. We looked at the bigplush.com and found lots of good choices. The bear she picked out came quickly (free shipping too) and was exactly as pictured the bear seems to be good quality and my daughter loves it. The only hitch was that we selected a "rainbow" colored neck ribbon and opted for the free printing on the ribbon. The ribbon that came around the bear's neck had the appropriate printing but was the wrong color...red instead of rainbow.

I purchased a 5-ft tall stuffed animal for my daughter for Christmas, and though it arrived timely and was as advertised; cute and soft and really big. The shipping was $100 alone, so for most people this site is useful as a one time option due to the price. If the price was less then I'd consider it for future purchases, but as it stands, $200 for a floppy stuffed animal isn't good. Product is great. Cost is a bit much.

I received the really really big stuffed bear super quick! :) It was all I had wanted and they printed the wording on the orange ribbon perfectly (especially for how many words I had). The bear looked very close the picture I ordered and it was comforting to know that it was made in America. The only complaint I had was the bear smelled like a manufacturing plant out of the box. It was not the smell of smoke but rather the smell of some type of gas. I could only smell it when I hugged the bear and after shaking and airing it out for a day it was good to go for a gift! Only problem might be is if you shipped the gift directly to the recipient. Overall, I had a great experience.

I received a very decent treatment from the customer service people there. When my order didn't come on time , they send the product via express mail , and that was very nice of them to do.

Pros :Easy to place order Cons : Communication via website Not easy to ask questions or make changes via website. I left messages via my online account prior to and after my order but received no response. In both instances I had to call to receive a friendly and courteous answer to the questions I had submitted online. I also received notification that the order had shipped, but tracking information two days after the shipment notification showed that only pre-shipment notification had been received. Once shipped however the order arrived quickly.

Its HUGE!!! and i LOVE IT. this is a gift for my friends birthday and she is obsessed with pandas, and this is just perfect. The message on the neck ribbon is perfect as well. I was confused and slightly upset because I had written a rather lengthy note to come with the bear, but I did not end up getting the letter in the box or with the panda. Its not all bad because now I can make a really over the top birthday note, but it was a bit confusing.
