There were some qwerks with the order at first -- but, they ultimately came through and delivered a great product.

Love the teddy bear, everything was great except the personalized ribbon; they spelled my daughters name wrong. I did call them and they were very nice and are having a new ribbon made up and shipped to me.

There was an issue with the shipping, not coming by the date it was promised. However, the company gave us a full refund on our postage. Very courteous.....

Sent a bear as a gift. It seemed to ship and arrive as expected. I have not seen it yet so I can not attest to the quality of the stuffed animal. Made in the USA was a huge plus.

Have not had a chance to inspect the overall quality of the bear yet. I requested a customized T-shirt for the bear which I sent a picture of and they did a great job on it! Unfortunately I was not able to send a picture of how I wanted the ribbon done with the first name on the left and last name on the right. The actual ribbon has both on the left side which made it hang down pretty long. Lastly, the delivery took three days longer than what I was told but was not that big of a deal since I ordered well before Xmas, As far as what I've seen and experience thus far I have to say I'm very Satisfied and my granddaughter will be excited!!

Only downfall, the big surprise was ruined because the name of where it came from was on the label and my wife seen it.

This stuffed animal is great quality. Very cute, and large, and cuddly. Great for my 4 year old girl! The only glitch was that we made a message on the ribbon around the neck, and they chopped it up oddly on either end of the ribbon. So it now says, "For, Sydney / Love," on one end. "Santa 2014" in the other end. Just be careful what you get put on the ribbon. Otherwise... Love it!
