Speedy, and average quality
The product arrived quickly, but the plush covering is already coming off in some places. Ribbon is pretty cheap. Overall, it will be adequate as more of a gag gift than a forever product.

Hi Michael, We are glad you liked the product; and we are4 sorry you didn't like the shipping cost. I researched your order and see that instead of the free shipping, you had selected guaranteed 3-day delivery and added custom personalization of the neck ribbon, which takes a day for us to do. Although we would have shipped via a less costly shipping service that takes about 5 to 7 days had you selected the "Free" shipping, we totally understand that every penny counts these days, so as a courtesy, we have already refunded ALL of shipping cost for this order. We hope this helps. WE already sent you an email notifying you of the refund. Although we can't do this in every instance, we try our best to do what we can for our customers. Thanks for your business.
