Was a nice size and very cute.

This bear was so much more than i expected! He is HUGE, and he is happy! What a joyous gift he was. I gave him to my boss, and he was like a kid at Christmas! Insanely good quality for the price, and the bear arrived even earlier than scheduled. We give away teddy bears at Christmas to kids without the joy of a toy. I will choose this bear -- not this BIG of course LOL but definitely this happy, happy bear thank you so much for more than i could have imagined

The item I ordered arrived on the stated date with no issues but unfortunately was the wrong color. When I called and mentioned the error, I was expecting to get into an argument since most times with situations like this, they don't acknowledge or even deny the mistake, don't give you any options and are stuck with the purchase, etc. However, the person I spoke with (Mike) was extremely courteous and offered a few options to make things right (basically with the mindset "whatever will make me satisfied with the purchase/refund/situation"). Ultimately, I chose to keep the item and was happy with the outcome. I will definitely come back because not only is it a quality product, but I have rarely encountered a situation where the priority is to make the customer happy with his/her purchase. I'm still in awe about how seamless and pleased I am with the outcome. Thanks and great job!

Purchased a 3 foot fox for a newborn, personalized with his name and birth date. Parents were THRILLED with the product itself. I contacted customer service to say that I had expected a different color on the ribbon, was told there seemed to be a "glitch" with ipad orders in that the color specification did not always appear on the order - a new ribbon was created and shipped by priority mail at no cost. Customer service was helpfu; and clearly empowered to efficiently and effectively solve my problem - what a delight!!! Will definitely use again and recommend to others. THANK YOU for standing behind your product.
