I ordered the 3 ft. tall eagle for our school's Postive Behavioral Intervention Supports (PBIS) events. I placed my order, and a short time later I received a message that it had been shipped! I thought there was no possible way I would receive the personalized ribbon. Everything came, and it was awesome! Even the teachers are excited to have the chance to have this giant eagle in their classroom. The colors were perfect...who wants a green eagle? We do! Our colors are gold and green and this eagle fit our needs in more ways than one!

I needed one of your dolls asap. Unfortunately your company does not ship to Puerto Rico. I got my order because we worked it out. Your agent shipped to my sons address in Maryland (free shipping to the continental USA....Thank you). My son received within in 3 days and he shipped it out to me flat rate (very inexpensive) and within another 3 days I received my order, just in time for my deadline date. There were options in order for me to receive my very needed item. Please for the future have flat rate as an option for mailing to Puerto Rico. The agent was extremely courteous and helpful.
