everything was perfect
this life size bear was exactly what i expected. a full 5 feet and stuffed completely. the custom ribbon is an amazing touch! i highly recommend!

Way Better Than Expected!
First off I just want to say I bought something relatively cheap already compared to the other stuffed animals on this website. I didn't enter any coupon codes or anything and they automatically took off $5 off of my purchase which was very nice. Additionally, the item shipped extremely fast and was great quality. Also, the stuffed animal I bought was a gift and the customization allowed it to be special for my girlfriend. Overall, really happy with this company

weekend phone call
Even though there was a major problem this time around. They called over weekend and made things right. Very pleased that thing resolved. At least I can use computer glitch, why I was late on gift. Before I had no reason for snowballen. Thank you Mike
