Knowing I could not be present for my grandson's Birthday, I ordered this bear & he came early. Next day, family received tragic news. But, there sat the bear waiting inside his great big box, so they opened him up while I watched online. He emerged from his box beautiful, big, loveable with all the extra's and my grandson was overwhelmed by it all! Seeing his face light up as he listened to my voice was awesome!! My grandson declared his name was Clarence... Now, he sits in daddy's chair when he is not there & no nightmares dare come as they might encounter this Great Big Bear! Clarence will always be more than a 'Bear' to us! He helped cushion a heavy blow and in that moment he stole the hearts of us all! A Great Big Thank You to the many Big Plush 'angels' who dressed him right and got him there! Wonderful site, many choices! Exceptional prices! Teddy Bear is detailed and well made! Complimented by caring customer service! (3 hours after ordering, realized forgot to put a shirt on this bear, but they were gracious and efficient and it all got done in perfect time!)

I purchased a giant monkey and a giant rose for a surprise proposal for my girlfriend. There was a mix-up and I received the wrong giant monkey in the mail but Mike with Customer Service bent over backwards to get me the perfect replacement and on time for my planned proposal. They also threw in some extras for the inconvenience. So, although it was originally a mistake with what they sent me, the personal care and how they handled the replacement makes me still give them 5 stars. No issues with shipping or anything like that. I've never had as good of a customer service experience as I did with them so the initial mistake is easily forgiven. :)

when purchasing online im always alittle nervous but this was absolutely great customer care... i was updated on tracking and my order was delivered quick... no extra hoops to jump through just great customer care and a great product

This is a gift for my friend, she likes it very much, customer service is very patient, I will come again next time

The 32-inch bunny that I ordered arrived promptly, but I immediately noticed that it was not the same quality fur or materials as the panda bear I had ordered from another company. I gave it to my granddaughter for her birthday, and within 2 hours, a tear was noticed in one of the arms. I wanted to return it, but my granddaughter just wanted me to patch it. I sewed it as best I could - it wasn't in a seam - so we'll see how long it lasts. After contacting the company, I was amazed at the prompt, courteous and responsive reply. Not only were they apologetic, but sent a new bunny at no charge. I have never experienced better customer service anywhere.

This company partnered with Google kept me so informed every step of the way. Way more than any company I have EVER dealt with and I am a shopper. Wonderful experience!!!

Got exactly what was advertised

my chosen product arrived in very good condition, I am very glad that there are such good people in this world
