I admit to being concerned about ordering from this unknown site but my fears were unfounded. The 60" teddy bear is perfect for my teenage granddaughter: extremely huggable with silky soft fur and a sweet face.

its Awesome. My grandson wont let it out of his sight. he sleeps with it and plays with it. he even gave it a name. I bought other items from here that were great too.. Thanks Again this is the only place I go when my grand children want stuffed animals. great prices too !.

From sad to happy in a New York minute. I got a call from Mike and he assured me that EVERYTHING has been rectified with my order. I am extremely relieved because I am a teddy bear freak (especially the big ones) and now I know that I can trust BIGPLUSH with all my needs . very courteous and apologetic for the glitch. Customer service was worth the wait.....best I ever got! Thank you so much Mike😍

Hi Kathleen, It was very nice speaking by phone today. I'm glad we could get this figured out OK. Your new tracking number is being sent to you via email. We've added additional customer service staff this week to handle the high Christmas Holiday demand which was much higher than we anticipated. This should help prevent the problems you had last week getting through by phone. Let's stay in touch together until the new replacement gets shipped out in a day or two at most, and is delivered. Thanks for your business.

I am very happy with my recent purchase of a giant teddy bear! It arrived in a few days and is as adorable as they come! The box it came in is a little deceiving because it seems too small for a giant 5 ft. bear but will be great to wrap and put under the tree - because who would ever guess it!?! I cannot wait to give it to my 13 year old daughter! I would definitely buy from BigPlush again! :)
