Love Bigger Pockets! I learn so much every time I listen. And no, you do not always have to be sunshine and rainbows. ;)

You get so many Freebies: great educational content applicable to different aspects of real estate, networking with other investors at varying levels and backgrounds in the real estate industry, accessible videos via computer or YouTube, reasonably priced boot camps, webinars, etc. Too many quality resources to list, you just need to sign up and experience it yourself. More important, it's a community of real estate investors who share the real estate bug! Upgradeable to Pro: When you want, you can upgrade to a paid subscription of BiggerPockets (BP) for REI calculators, additional videos, discounts to webinars and boot camps (some that are only available to paid members), and more. My guilt of using BiggerPockets as a go-to resource led me to upgrade to Pro. I've gone to events where gurus would do high-pressure sales marketing their system for thousands of dollars. I'd rather use my credit (not credit cards) and apply the money saved for a first home or investment property purchase (and support BiggerPockets for free or a nominal upgrade fee) instead. It's a win-win! Thank you BP!

People sharing knowledge and their experience. Share their real-estate journey which encourage me. Their creativity. This is such a big platform that ppl come from all kind of backgrounds and share success story and help others to grow. Thank you so much for all your efforts!!

We signed up three years ago looking for sources of information for our rental business. The level and quality of guidance and information we get from BG has helped us to improve our operations, strategies, and now we live on an island in the Caribbean. Thanks BP!!!

Bigger Pockets has so much information and gives real true guidance. There’s an active community of people to also help and the information provided rolls in practically every day. Its really an awesome platform!

I have a clear and broader understanding of real estate investing. I now know how to start, what to expect in the process and the end result if I would use biggerpockets as a guide. Biggerpockets.com gives helpful advice that is truthful.

Great information and knowledge. Useful and practical tools to build your real estate expertise.
