As trustworthy as I always thought
I've always felt Bigger Pockets was a straight-up and trustworthy organization but I only dipped in from time to time. Today, I started a one week free trial, and then attempted to change the amount that would pull after that from annual to monthly. Long story short, I managed to get charged immediately for a full year - yikes! I contacted customer service by email and expected to wait a day, and not sure if they would refund. They refunded the whole amount in five minutes - so impressed! Thanks for validating my trust in you, BP!
