BiggerPockets was the catalyst for my making the leap and finally purchasing my first rental property. Had I not had the tools and support community offered by BiggerPockets I would never have had the guts to finally work toward my long-term goal of retiring with a cash flow. Thank you, BiggerPockets for the education and tools you have given me!
